The Real Covid19 & My Experience !

Hi Readers !  Well, You might be wondering about the title and of course the topic of blog, aren’t you ?

Yeah, We are now embarking on a short journey together, with facts about covid and my struggle with it !

Yes you heard correctly, I was covid positive and lingered around such things. This journey has entailed many facts. No one would like to mention about his covid status on any such public forums, nor do I. But, yes I think you all should know the real covid and its facts, so writing few words about it.

Ohh, so what is real covid ? Lets find through the words ahead !

Yes, I was covid positive at early days of September. Suffering with fever and little difficulty in breathing, I came across such a diagnostic test. That’s Rapid Antigen Test or swab test you may call. As soon as I heard the test results, I was shocked ! I was unable to digest this fact as I had never came in contact with any such person. More precisely, I hadn’t left home since a month then for any purpose. I panicked, not able to have any thoughts. I believe, everyone will panic at least for few minutes with such a result. So, I had been shifted to Covid Care Centre. Frankly speaking, each day was like a year there. Watching those patients; some quite serious, that dirtiness, those miserable faces, that whine and finally loneliness ! No doctors, no police, no one than patients were coming inside the building. At breakfast or lunch, the serving team used to treat us like we had committed a murder or we were leper ! Once a thought came to my mind, I should run away. That was a fear!

Let me tell you one such scenario ! It was my 5th day, I guess. There was a married couple admitted to a room besides mine. That woman was quite well at her health and mindset but the man was more frightened due to his covid status. He was around 50 years old. He was neither eating since last 8 days nor having much discussion with any one.  In fact, he had never left his room. At that night around 7 pm, he started suffocating heavily. It seemed a bit critical at that time. Immediately doctor and nurses arrived there. They started to shift him to another hospital as he needed ventilator. Shocking ! Unfortunately, he lost his battle. He passed away !  I could not sleep at that night for hours. My mind started wandering. Endless stream of thoughts had started in me. It was obvious as whom we had seen daily since last five days with no major symptoms, was no more. My ears was unable to forget screams & crying of his wife that night.

What do you think who was murderer here ? Was it covid, or his age or his health ? Who was that ? It was the fear ! The fear, which we could see daily in his eyes. Yes, it was the fear, the stress which lead this step in his life. Nowadays I must say,

              The Real Covid = 60 % Fear + 40 % Virus.

You agree, don’t you ? I can say this firmly as I have seen it, experienced it. Guys, I don’t say you shouldn’t fear about corona. Fear is must at low levels as it can prevent us from this disease with necessite steps. Everyone should take care, boost his immunity. Even with all this, unfortunately if you tested positive for corona, don’t fear. The virus is also getting inactive day by day. Try to stay isolate with proper sanitization and regular medicines prescribed to you. Every small tense, worries or fear also affects our heart function. This things create certain level of pressure on the heart. We usually ignore it as we don’t feel it. But, yes it leads to drastic moments in our life ahead.

We live with people besides us and unfortunately if someone close to us tested positive for corona, our perspective for him changes at sudden. We treat him/her in wrong way. Don’t do such non-sense. You should keep social distancing & take self care there but treat him/her with good manner. See, statistics had proved that as long as there is no vaccine, 80% of population can be infected. So the probability is high for all. Also corona can spread through air. WHO had proven it. So corona is and will be at everyone’s doorsteps then. It’s our decision whether to have it in or not. Prepare well. Prevention is always better than cure. We should strongly support our Government ensuring the maintenance of social-distancing, use of masks and following aligned rules & regulations. Take proper care and at last blessings for you all ! Stay Happy Always 😊

I am really thankful to god getting you smoothly out of it. But if god never would have assumed you being capable of fighting this situation, you probably never ever would have been plunged into such situation and bring up light to others. So everything happens for best putting newer enegized version of you to the world.
Keep learning and help others to learn. Thanks for your thoughts and experiences.

Great inspiration for the people by being so positive and the way you tackled and managed the situation, any other person would have definitely by observing the death case as you mentioned would have affected his thinking and mentality for the covid as the person itself(you) has observed it closely is really courageous and I support this story of yours will be in support to push people's strength and change their mentality for covid.
